Awards Promo Guru commits its effort towards creating custom artwork that the recipient will love. Pieces will not be etched until the artwork has been approved by you, so that we can guarantee that pieces turn out exactly as you see them. We take immense pride to provide you the finest award. This is why we go through great lengths to ensure that we only etch what you want. If you received your awards etched differently than your approved artwork, and it was a mistake on behalf of APG, we will take care of it! We will cover all the costs required to replace your awards, free of charge. Each piece is inspected for clarity, chips, bubbles, scratches and other imperfections by our highly trained quality control team. It is then packaged securely in a padded, deluxe red gift box. It is shipped with plenty of packing peanuts to protect every piece that arrives to you or your honoree in perfect condition. In the rare event that our carrier damages your order, we will take care of it! APG takes pride in our work and guarantees our utmost effort to ensure that your beautifully designed piece arrives on time, in perfect condition, just the way you ordered it.

Terms & Conditions

Customers (you) must carefully review all lay-out, sizing and spelling of the text in the artwork. Once the artwork is approved by you, you assume liability and agree not to hold APG responsible for changes not requested prior to final approval. By placing an order with APG, you agree to all terms and conditions.


APG is happy to offer free setup and etching services.* All artwork submitted must be in sharp, black and white vector format files if you would like to submit your own artwork. Only Adobe Illustrator (.AI), .EPS, or .PDF formats will be accepted. Text must be no smaller than 11 point font. Photo images cannot be etched and will not be accepted. Please make sure that all artwork is full black (no grey or other coloring).

A $25 conversion fee may be applied for artwork, including logos, that are submitted in color, non-vector format (i.e. .jpg files), or require special manipulation.

Logo files submitted that are in black & white vector form, with a 300 DPI and hi-res are preferred.

For sublimation under the Fun & Personal section, logos and photos must be hi-res 300 DPI minimum per inch.

Proofs and Final Approval

All proofs will be submitted to you via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for initial proofs to be generated. When you have received your artwork, proof-read and spell-check the text for any grammatical edits or layout changes. Once you have made your final approval, your awards will be placed into production right away. No further changes can be made at this time. APG is not responsible for errors discovered in the artwork after you have submitted final approval and the awards have been etched.

Back etching: FREE
Add dimension to your awards! Back etching is not available on all pieces. Please contact your awards expert to find out if the pieces can be back etched. 

Multiple Etching Locations: $10 per additional location.

Color Fill: Set up - $20, Color fill fee - $10 per color, per piece
Add unique color to your crystal engraving! Color options: BLACK, BLUE, RED, GOLD AND SILVER. For additional color options, please contact one of our awards/promo gurus. 

Chrome Plated Metal Components: $10 each
Add a personal touch to any of APG’s basic crystal awards! Components are sold separately. Options: Flame, Gear, Golfer, Star, Starman, Together Flat and Together Standing.


Once all agreed upon terms and conditions have been met, order will ship out on the date promised. Shipping charge is estimated and can be subject to change once it is packaged. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, size and destination of the order. Any orders that do not have specified instructions will be shipped via UPS Ground. Awards Promo Guru is not responsible for any shipment which does not arrive as scheduled due to weather conditions. All orders over $100 are insured unless given prior instructions to not do so.

Drop/Blind Shipment

We can ship directly to any location within UPS or FedEx service areas on behalf of you or your customer. Please provide APG with Ship From and Ship To addresses and clear shipping instructions. In addition to shipping costs, a charge of $10 per package will apply.

Freight Claims/Breakage

Before each order is shipped, it is carefully inspected by our highly trained Quality Control team. Once we hand off your package to the carrier, all goods become your property. In the event of your order arriving damaged, be sure to save ALL of the original cartons and packaging material for inspection, along with the damaged goods. Take photos of the outer packaging and broken pieces inside. All damage claims must be made with APG within 48 hours of receipt so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Please make sure to e-mail photos to us. We will be happy to contact the carrier for you. We will also cover all of the costs required to replace your awards free of charge.


Blank awards may be returned for credit. Once they have arrived back to APG, one of our highly trained Quality Control Team will inspect returned items. Items that are in good selling condition will be issued credit. A 10% return fee will apply to blank returns.

If you received awards etched differently than your approved artwork, and it was a mistake on behalf of APG, we will cover all costs required to replace your awards free of charge. Should it be an error on your part, we will replace your awards, but you will be required to cover all costs.


Sometimes artwork is designed and sent out in less than 24 hours. If you would like to receive a full refund, you must cancel your order before you receive artwork for proofing. You will need to Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Orders can still be cancelled once the artwork has been sent for approval, but will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be taken out from your refund.

Orders are usually processed the same day you finalize your artwork. If your order has already started the production stage, you will be charged for all pieces that have been completed.

Production Time

The time it takes to complete your order may vary based on our scheduled production and quantity availability of awards. We will do our best to accommodate your request. In general, most orders will ship out within 48 hours from final artwork approval. Orders over 30 pieces may take 3-7 business days. Ship dates may vary for orders that are held up due to artwork approval, credit issues, etc. Delay of artwork approval and payment may require expedited shipping to meet the in-hands date. We will notify you if expedited shipping is necessary. If there is more information you are in search of, please do not hesitate to ask!


If you want something more unique, APG can create a one-of-a-kind award for you. Please send APG all the details to our e-mail or contact us Toll Free at (844) 766-4533 or locally at (949)387-5661. Details include the design concept, sizing, and material of the piece, number of pieces required, deadline, and the budget you are working within. If you already have a drawing, please send it to us. We have an extensive design process and services available to you. Minimum quantity and development charges may apply. 50% deposit is required when placing an order. The remaining balance is due when production is finished. No returns will be accepted. Please allow 6-8 weeks from final artwork approval for production. Air and ocean freight options are available.


All orders must be paid in full once the order has been received by APG. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. No items will be shipped until full payment has been received.

Tax Information

Irvine, CA sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of California. The tax amount will be shown during the check out process, before you submit your order. 


The customer absolves Awards Promo Guru from liability over the correct use of any trademark, as the responsibility lies solely with the customer. APG reserves the right to use the likeness and/or show as samples, items produced by APG, without liability on APG’s part as to the trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown on the website are from our customers and are used for presentation purposes only. The endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case.


All prices include one etching and basic artwork set up fees for crystal, glass and wood awards only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discount prices only apply to quantity listed for each item.
